All products are derived from sources that are collected by USDA
licensed establishments and deemed to be free from infectious and contagious diseases.
With the addition of the farm in Tulelake we are assured a consistent supply of raw
materials, including horseradish (peroxidase), zucchini (ascorbate acid oxidase) and
other specialty products. Documentation of these collection records are incorporated
into manufacturing, batch records to maintain traceability of all product raw materials.

Facilities
Corporate Headquarters - Production, Sales & Distribution (San Luis Obispo, CA, USA) Located halfway between Los Angeles and San Francisco, San Luis Obispo
provides an excellent location for Calzyme's corporate headquarters. Within close proximity to many agricultural and industrial
centers in California, we have access to a variety of raw materials and
resources while providing rapid shipment to our customers around the world.
Production & Research (Tulelake, CA, USA) Tulelake is one of the premiere horseradish growing regions in the world.
Located only 12 miles south of the Oregon border is proven to be an
excellent region for horseradish. The farm is over 300 acres with over a
third devoted to horseradish production. Growing our own horseradish assures
a consistent supply of roots for our peroxidase production. The production
facility has been designed to process the largest quantities of horseradish
and other raw materials. The farm has also allowed us to increase our
research and production of a wide variety of polyclonal antibodies to
various enzymes.
European Research Office (Croydon, England, UK) For the convenience of European and other international scientists, Calzyme
maintains a research office in Birmingham, England. This allows us to stay in
touch with the needs of the international, scientific community and our many
research associates throughout Europe.
